Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was allotted a lovely huge, modern decorated suite which was beautiful. The room's best part was its elegant design. Unfortunately, the location was quite noisy with frequent disruptive sounds. Additionally, the room cleaning service was inadequate, only changing towels without thorough cleaning.
I had a great time at this hotel in Istanbul, with very friendly staff like Cagla, Dinc, Ali, and the whole team. However, the rooms are quite small, and they are located in a separate building from the main hotel, which was not what I expected. Despite this, it's still my favorite place to stay in Istanbul.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, providing a quiet environment. However, some rooms were noisy, which affected the overall comfort. The service was friendly and caring, although there were some additional charges for certain amenities. The location was convenient, being close to key attractions, but not directly near Taksim Square. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were average.
The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it convenient for exploring the vibrant city life. The rooms, although lacking the twin beds as booked, were spacious and well-equipped. The service, particularly from Ekrem and Dunya, was exceptionally helpful and professional. The dining options offered a wide selection of food, ensuring a satisfying experience for guests.
The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, offering easy access to transportation and ample shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious and feature fantastic windows overlooking the street, although the layout with two floors may not suit everyone.
My stay was mixed with some positives and negatives. The hotel offered a good location near Taksim Square with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious, although lacking natural light. However, I faced issues with the service, including a problematic card experience and mixed levels of service quality. The dining options were limited but the fitness center was decent.
When we arrived, the city view room was exactly as shown in the photos on the websites. The duplex setup inside was a nice touch. The hotel offers a top-notch service with magnificence and wonderful ethics, especially thanks to Miss Cagla and all the front office staff who were incredibly kind and helpful. The location, despite some initial misunderstandings with the reception about payments, is decent overall, especially convenient for arrival from SAW airport and close to Taksim. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the breakfast variety was not as extensive as expected for a 5-star hotel. The facilities were pleasant, and amenities were well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were bigger than they look in the photos, comfortable, but I regret not booking the suite room again. The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Yacin, Ali, Funda, Agus, Dede, and Sakine, but the hotel seemed noisy with lots of young partygoers, not suitable for families or work-related stays. The location is just strategic, close to everything from bridges to restaurants and attractions like the Galata Tower. The dining options were limited to certain foods and not versatile, lacking variety and freshness in veggies. Overall, a decent stay with certain drawbacks in noise levels and dining choices.
The hotel is a haven of delight and relaxation, just as one would expect from a luxurious 5-star establishment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a great location. The service is friendly and lovely, especially the help from Gokhan in the reception and Dunia from guest relations. The location is perfect, walking distance to Taksim Square, but a bit hidden. The dining offers a mix of very nice, tasty food and a wide variety, though sometimes affected by traffic-related smells. The facilities are modern and convenient, ideal for a luxurious stay.
I had a mixed experience with this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to Taksim Square and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and felt like home, but I encountered some issues with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. The staff at the reception, especially Karam and Donia, were super nice and helpful, but there were moments when I felt ignored while waiting. The complimentary morning breakfast had a good variety, thanks to Gozde and Cagla, but some improvements could be made in the dining options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancements.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The service from the staff, especially Ms. Ashkim, was superb and made me feel truly valued. The location was convenient, close to Taksim and Istiklal Street, perfect for exploring the vibrant city life. However, interactions with some staff members lacked the expected level of respect. The dining options were varied and delicious, although some homemade ice cream would have been a nice addition. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The junior suite in the double-story building opposite to the one advertised on the website was really nice, thanks to its great location and well-thought-out design. The service could have been better due to some initial confusion at check-in time, but overall, the hotel offers a convenient location and a serene atmosphere. The dining experience left something to be desired due to limited breakfast options, but the overall value for money was decent.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not ideal for a group of five, with a small sofa bed for two, and the location was quite convenient, close to Istiklal street. However, there were issues with faulty electricity and disruptive TV at night. The service ranged from unhelpful and moody to impressively helpful and attentive. The breakfast was disappointing, but the location was handy for exploring the vibrant city. The facilities were average, and the price was justifiable.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the Junior suite was quite a good one, being only offered a ground floor room facing a construction site was not ideal. The room itself was spacious and clean, which was a plus.
The hotel is conveniently located between Galata Tower and Galata Bridge, which was perfect for exploring the vibrant city life and enjoying evening walks along Istiklal Street. The rooms, despite some minor damage, were spacious and comfortable, yet lack of natural light affected my sleep quality. The staff, especially Ekrem, E26i, and Dunya, were incredibly nice and helpful. However, the policy of requesting the full reservation amount upfront was off-putting.
